What We Do

Services Built Around Your Family's Needs

Every home is different, and every family has unique needs. We offer a range of services designed to make your house a safer, more comfortable place for everyone.

Childproofing & Safety Setup

Cabinet locks, outlet covers, corner guards, and full-home safety audits. We make sure every reachable surface is as safe as it can be — so you can breathe easier.

General Home Repairs

Leaky faucets, sticky doors, drywall patches, and everything in between. No job is too small — we show up on time, finish clean, and stand behind our work.

Furniture Assembly & Installation

Bookshelves, playsets, cribs, TV mounts — we handle the heavy lifting and complicated instructions so your new furniture is safe, level, and ready to use.

Seasonal Home Maintenance

Gutter cleaning, HVAC tune-ups, weatherstripping, and winterization. We help you stay ahead of seasonal issues before they become costly problems.

Play Area & Outdoor Setup

Swing sets, sandbox enclosures, garden beds, and patio safety — we build and install outdoor spaces that are as fun as they are secure.

Emergency Repair Calls

Burst pipe? Broken lock? Power outage damage? We offer priority emergency service for urgent issues that can't wait until next week.

About Us

We Started Because Our Own Kids Needed It

Kelly's Kiddy Care was born from a simple realization: when you have young children, your home suddenly has a whole new list of demands. Outlets need covers. Sharp corners need padding. That loose handrail on the stairs? It's a hazard now.

What started as a weekend project for our own family grew into a full-service home care business because we knew other parents felt the same way. We combine genuine handyman skills with a parent's attention to detail — because we know what "good enough" looks like, and it's not good enough for your kids.

Testimonials

What Families Say

Nothing makes us prouder than hearing from the families we've helped make their homes safer and more comfortable.

"We just had our second baby and had no idea where to start with childproofing. Kelly's team came in, walked through every room, and made our whole house safe without making it feel clinical. They were so patient with all our questions."

"Called on a Friday about a bathroom vanity that was leaking into the cabinet. They came the next morning, fixed it in under an hour, and even tightened a loose cabinet hinge I'd been meaning to get to. Honest, fast, and kind."

D
D. Patterson
Big Rapids, MI

"They assembled our kids' bunk bed and mounted the TV in their room — all in one visit. The bed is rock-solid and the TV angle is perfect for little eyes. I would've spent a weekend struggling with instructions; they did it in two hours."
